Upgraded Website: 

Members can feature their businesses on their own webpage, which can be linked direct to their website (if they have one). This is a professional site, designed by E8 Creative right here in Kerikeri, which allows members to also advertise their Situations Vacant, Property to Lease or Sell, Businesses to Sell and Special Offers they might like to promote to both members and the wider general public.

Monthly Newsletter:

Emailed to members, advising of news, special offers and current issues affecting the town.  Members are also allowed to use this Newsletter to advertise events and special offers etc.

Promotional Opportunity:

Members are offered discounted rates to use the banner in the main street to promote their business, the busiest street in Kerikeri for maximum visibility.

Networking Evenings:

Our hugely popular “After 5” meetings provide an opportunity for members to profile and promote their business, share ideas, and to discuss and find solutions to today’s challenging business environment. With canapés and wine to boot it’s a valuable time to relax and catch up with fellow members.

Advertising Campaign:

We have a year-long radio campaign to help promote Kerikeri and assist members with their marketing plans. As part of this radio contract an exciting new jingle/song about Kerikeri has been composed. This contract gives our members extremely discounted advertising rates, whilst also providing them the opportunity to use the popular Kerikeri jingle in their ads for extra recognition appeal.

Training Workshops:

We regularly organize helpful business seminars and training; often in conjunction with other business organizations such as Biz North, Enterprise Northland  and the Northland Chamber of Commerce. These are either free or at reduced rates for members.

Event Co-ordination: 

Members can put forward events they’d like the KKDBA to help organize, especially if they help the KKDBA and promote the wider town community. Notable successes have been the Red Carpet Oscars, the Kororipo Festival and the Half Marathon Street Party.
